First time mother just trying to figure out where to go from here. As it happens, its been fine. But in as much as everything has stayed the same, A LOT has changed in the last few weeks.

With the hustle and bustle of holiday season behind, I have a rekindled enthusiasm to discover my new playground in San Francisco. This past weekend, the city beckoned me to drop in and experience her brunch scene. Deciding to go was the easy part. Determining where to go was the challenge.

A photo a day for one year. The kids spent a little time in the backyard today. picking flowers, looking at the bumble bees on our azalea bush, coloring with sidewalk chalk on the driveway. Today, Ben and I made cupcakes. I think the kids love them.

Give it a go! August 10, 2015. Anybody who knows me knows I am happy to try just about anything when it comes to a cheat meal. By cheat I mean a slimming world or diet version of something generally delicious and calorific. It could be pizza, pasties, pastries, burgers and so on.
